How this campaign came to life:

From August 2023 to December 2023, JCB partnered with Wertheim Village and Ingolstadt Village to offer JCB Cardmembers an exclusive 10% discount and complimentary luxury coach service, refreshment voucher, plus Shopping Express services in both villages.


JCB Cardmember Insights:

From 2022 to 2023, JCB Cardmembers increased their spending by 173% at both Wertheim Village and Ingolstadt Village with the special offer promotion. Luxury fashion brands from Italy were particularly appealing to JCB Cardmembers, accounting for 34% of their total spend across the two villages during this period.


The Result:

Ingolstadt Village

  • JCB Cardmembers’ spend in Ingolstadt Village has increased 163%.
  • Italian and British brands were the top spending brands among JCB Cardmembers in Ingolstadt Village in 2023. 
  • From 2022 to 2023
    • JCB Cardmembers from China and Taiwan increased spend by 356% to Ingolstadt Village.
    • Spending by Indonesian JCB Cardmembers in Ingolstadt Village increased by 1082%.

Wertheim Village

  • JCB Cardmembers’ spend in Wertheim Village has increased 212% from 2022 to 2023.
  • In 2023, German and American brands were the top spending brands among JCB Cardmembers in Wertheim Village.
